The Nightjet (NJ) is the night train of the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) and also the largest provider in Europe. ÖBB Nightjets take you to numerous European cities overnight.

The Nightjet route network connects all points of the compass in Europe. From Hamburg to Rome - from Paris to Vienna.
In cooperation with partner railways (Croatian Railways HZ, Czech Railways CD, Hungarian Railways MAV, Polish Railways PKP, Slovakian Railways ZSSK, Swedish Railways SJ), ÖBB offers additional night trains in Europe. These trains operate under the name EuroNight (EN).

Note: Since December 2021, the Nightjet has increasingly been using new Trolley with free WLAN to use. It's best to check the booking details and be prepared for anything with a data package on your smartphone.

Luggage can be carried free of charge on the Nightjet, provided it can be stowed in the luggage racks provided. Luggage must not exceed a maximum size of 90 cm x 60 cm x 40 cm.
