IC 60471 and Nightjet NJ 471 are the same train - but different carriages. The IC has carriages with single seats (compartment & large room). The Nightjet has comfortable sleeping and couchette cars (compartment) in addition to single seats.

Since summer 2019, DB has been gradually equipping its Intercity trains with internet access. From the end of 2022, free Wi-Fi will be available on all long-distance services.
Nightjet:

Note: Since December 2021, the Nightjet has increasingly been using new Trolley with free WLAN to use. It's best to check the booking details and be prepared for anything with a data package on your smartphone.

There is usually a power socket in the middle of each double seat in all coaches.
Nightjet:
There are power sockets in the sleeping cars, but usually not in the seating and couchette cars.

In addition to the hand luggage, another larger piece of luggage or
one additional item may be carried free of charge, provided that the load can be carried by one person alone.
Large pieces of luggage (70 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm) may have to be stored outside the seating area, e.g. in the nearest luggage rack. Each passenger is responsible for supervising their own luggage.
